    I only do smith squats. I'll trade balancing a free bar for more weight any day. When I do legs I only want to do legs. I don't care if my trunk isn't getting worked from not balancing the free bar because I don't want it to. I do abs on their own day anyways. 2 days a week for abs actually.

    very true.. I did smith squats last weekend for the first time in a long time, and it definitely worked my quads a hell of a lot more than my hams/hips/glutes, like free weight squats did

    Squats suck..(but are necassary) anyone who "likes" doing them must not be pushing themselves all that hard during the movement.
