One thing i learned after watching those vids is that to lose fat with carbs, you must consume them for breakfast, pre and post workout only, and then by upping the fats, good interview indeed

If this was absolutely, infallibly true then you'd see a hell of a lot more out of shape bodybuilders on stage.
