Dave Palumbo Interview - Dieting series (Old but good)
These are older videos but I stumbled across them when cleaning up my "Favorites" list in Firefox. They are probably posted elsewhere... but they are worthy of a repost. The videos can be a good refresher for some and a good learning tool for others.
The videos (3 part series) cover dieting, building muscle, supplementation, and several other topics that adhere to the Species Nutrition philosophy

One thing i learned after watching those vids is that to lose fat with carbs, you must consume them for breakfast, pre and post workout only, and then by upping the fats, good interview indeed
