It may be better to eat badly than nothing at all in some circumstances.
BUT, unless you're stuck in the wild for weeks on end, and you're committed to your meal plan, there really is NO excuse for missing meals.
Plan people.
I have no sympathy for people that ask for justification to do the wrong thing.
Not directed at the OP, just in general!

I don't eat breakfast ... and it has nothing to do with planning. I prepare a breakfast every morning. But when it comes to getting one for myself ... no matter what, just the thought of eating before 10 makes me queesy. It doesn't seem to affect me negatively either. I train for 11/2 before I can even think about food. Coffee is about all I need to function till I feel hungry.

breakfast is exactly what it says, you're breaking your fast. So IMO it's better to eat something unhealthy than to eat nothing at all. However, eating a bit less of the unhealthy item is usually a good idea since most of them are calorie dense anyway and you usually consume much more than you need. Even instant oatmeal with a protein shake isn't the devil. If you cant even get that ready, you're fucked.

Breakfast- 4 whole eggs, 2 scoops of whey, 100 grams rolled oats, 1 banana, some frozen fruit (berries, mango), 1 tablespoon cod liver oil. I put this all in the blender with skimmed milk and drink as a shake.
This is really easy to do, only takes 15-20 minutes to make/drink/and wash up the blender and cup. It's good for me as i don't have much of an appetite in the morning so drinking makes it easy. Plus, i have to leave for work early and this is realy quick.

I always start the day with coffee followed by a protein shake. Then I will either eat oats (off season) or rice and egg whites if I am cutting. I have to eat breakfast or I feel sick.
