I'd better just erase all my personal best lifts from my 20 years worth of workout journals then, hahaha!!
Two or three beers before training won't hurt anybody and will actually help the workout... better pump/strength etc.... every single time!!
Get drunk though and obviously it's fucking dangerous and stupid.

i remember reading ron saying one of the best shows he did was after he had some drinks with kevin in the hotel befor they went on stage.... or something like that lol

2 oz Citrus Vodka.
1oz malibu coconut flavored Rum.
-add pineapple juice as desired and a bit of cherry juice for color..
Repeat until she's pretty
Makes 2 Big shot drinks.
