Is this stuff OK while on a keto diet?
http://firegirl.com/hs1223.html
I'm a couple weeks into my keto diet now, and I'm already getting tired of using plain mustard on my chicken. I really like this hot sauce but it has a gram of carbs per tsp, which is PLENTY per meal. I'm eating chicken 6-7 times a day depending on the day so it would be 6-7 grams of carbs, from sugar I believe. Would that be enough to fuck up my diet? Thanks.

Depends on the person. Sledge can eat 100 carbs a day and not go out of ketosis. If I go about 20g, I will.
I can tell you if you're contest dieting and you ask Dave he'll say no go.You guys with the huge sponsor ads in your signatures make reading the forums annoying.

Have you tried their Chili Garlic Sauce? I'm looking at my bottle and it is zero carb. -----> http://importfood.com/sahf1802.html

If you're not contest prep then I'd say go for it. 6-7 carbs stretched out over a day shouldn't hurt anything.

Shouldn't be an issue...I wouldn't start throwing that kind of stuff in on a meal where nuts or peanut butter is your fat source. But if it is the only source of carbs for a meal I highly doubt it will effect you negatively.
I use a small amount of salsa sometimes on my scrambled eggs. It has 2 carbs.

Yea it's fine, just don't use a 1/2 bottle at each meal.

Thanks fellas, I appreciate you chiming in. And I agree, that it shouldn't be a problem as long as I keep it light.
By the way...this shit (http://importfood.com/sahf1802.html) is tastey as hell, but GOD DAM! I thought the other stuff I asked about was hot. This stuff will have you eating ice for 10 minutes afterwards if you go overboard. REALL REALLY good though, but you only need a pinch.

IMO, if you're not competing, I would push the keto diet as far as you can go without knocking yourself out of ketosis. I'm not suggesting eating any direct carb sources or anything, but I think managing sanity on that diet is just as important as managing macros.

Good to see other people trip out as much as I do. I told my trainer that my wife was upset because I would not take communion at church, did not want to f*c* up the diet. He laughed at me for like five minutes. Better to trip than to f**k up the diet after working that hard.
