I did 134 push ups with 315lbs on my back and I went ass to the grass... slow and controlled... and did them in under 45 seconds.

few weeks ago i did 112 when challeged by 190 lb army man who was 21 and i was 280 and 33.He got 40.

This thread puts me in the mood for pushups lmao. Im gonna destroy these next chest day. Final movement.
The thread also reminded me of a Branch training vid in which he superset pushups with cable flies.

What I found amusing about the article is how little you have to do to be considered strong.
