Gabe Moen- Next IFBB Pro
This weekend I had the pleasure of working out with a long time friend that is working towards his pro card. I have to say, that I'm amazed at his rock solid and lean physique. Not to long ago he was packing close to 360 pounds at 6'4" and now he's a lean, stronger and rock solid 290...He's def a winner...check out his interview with Dave on the main page. In the mean time, I attached some weighted dip pics. The guy created a heavy duty harness with large carbiners to carry weight. Here he's got 180pds....NICE

Thanks for the Awesome recognition and comments Giddy its greatly appreciated. Just to clarify for my good friend Giddy and the rest of those interested. My actual height is 6feet 2 inches and I actualy at my largest was about 336lbs . However Im sure I probably look much larger than that to my piers such as Giddy. I just dont want my height and weight to turn into a LOCKNESS MONSTER story. LOL Thanks again Giddy and keep the Pics coming you are more than welcome to hit the gym with me anytime brother.

No disrespect to Sir Gabe of LatSpread (sorry, I just don't like the 1/4 turn name!! lol) - but to make the claim next IFBB Pro? Man - I hope so... that would be awesome for him. But shit... If you are heading into USAs - it's a tough class... Steve Kluko (sp?), Dusty Hinshaw? I thought last year's SHW class was a little weak at the USA... two guys up over 250 I think and everyone else was around 235 or under... well, that were worth anything.

Good luck on getting your pro card, you do look kinda stringy though for someone weighin 290, but maybe its your height or just the pics. either way good luck!

I agree that the supers havent seen a lot of well conditioned athletes lately. However with Palumbos help I aim to change that this year. Who knows who will show up in shape Frankly Im not concerned with anyone but me. I am aware of who I am facing and I have the upmost respect for all my fellow competitors. Steve Kuclo is a great bodybuilder and I think it will be fun just to be able to stand next to all of these guys.

I am currently concerned with nothing but CONDITION CONDITION CONDITION.. Even if I dont place well I would still want to be the best conditioned superheavy in the entire class.

My current weight is 282 lbs A.M. and 287 lbs P.M. not that its important to me. However I know it matters to some of you out there. My shape and condition are going to be my strengths obviously I am not a mass monster yet.

As for your condition - at USA - condition is KEY. they tend to favor it even over size and shape (where as most Lindsay regional shows - size and shape will win out over conditioning all the time). If you come in conditioned, and have size... you will do some damage.
