1 hour Cardio
Is it ok to do an hour of steady state cardio after an hour of weight training? Or will this cause muscle loss.
I know this has been covered before, but im not sure if the same rules apply for someone who is depleted on a precontest diet.

assuming your nutrition is adequate, you're safe

Much better to do cardio after than before weights, eat clean and get lots of rest.

I like doing AM empty stomach cardio for 20-30 mins. It has worked better for me than doing an hour later in the day.

I agree with the bombshell. While dieting, I am up to 90 minutes cardio. I do it at 6 a.m. and then come back for weights at around 2 p.m.
