loose skin
I am 35 years old. Two years ago I was 281 lbs. (all fat) lol. Never worked out a day in my life. I started to diet and do cardio, eventually adding in some weights. I did not really know what I was doing, I would just watch people at the gym and do what they were doing.
Last November I asked this "big" dude at the gym if he would help me out and he sayed be at my house on Sunday for measurements and I will give you your diet. he was in off season, so I started off with his off season diet and started training with him.
Jan. 1st went on keto diet 5'11" 232 lbs. 23-25% b.f.
June 7th down to 178 lbs. and approximately 11-13% b.f.
I have quite a bit of loose skin still on my lower abs. Will my skin tighten up if I hold myself at this weight? Is there anything else that I can do to help the skin tighten up?

This first photo was taken Jan. 1st 2010.
Second phot was taken May. 1st 2010.
I have lost another 10 lbs. since second picture and am leaner, but still have that skin on my lower abs.

I think there is a laser treatment for tightening skin.

Only thing I know that will work is a tummy tuck. But that leaves a permanent scar. Try other remedies first I guess.

A tummy tuck is an internal procedure to reduce the size of the stomach so people eat less.
The skin will tighten up some, but not to the level that you probably want. Good job on dropping over 100 lbs man! However, the size difference is significant that it will probably take a plastic surgeon to remove the excess skin. I'm no doctor, so you might want to take to one.
