Critique my contest diet
I just recorded somedays worth, when i get more days recorded ill post them as well. I'm around 5 7 5 8 and weighing around 185 right now
My carbs come almost solely from whole wheat bagels. Fats come from almonds, walnuts, lean beef, and natty pb. Protein is from whey protein isolate mostly, i usually have one or two whole food meals a day and its usually some sort very lean beef.
Sat: Trained legs
Carbs: 300 Protein:330 Fat: 75
Sunday: trained chest
Carbs: 160 Pro: 325 Fat: 50
Monday: Bis
Carbs: 75 Protein: 335 Fats: 36
Tuesday : cardio only, no weight training
Carbs: 0 Protein: 325 Fat: 30
Wed: Triceps
Carbs: 60 Protein: 345 Fat: 30
Thursday: Calves, abs
Carbs: 40 Protein: 340 Fats 35
Thats all i have written down for now. I do cardio almost everyday for 30-40 min LISS.
I plan on going to around 130 or so carbs tomorrow from back training then down to 75-100 for shoulders. Then ill probably go low on carbs maybe none and just do cardio. Then go up to 200-250 for legs and starts pyramiding down and repeat.
Any suggestions at all on how to better my cycling? Also i was reading in arnolds book how he lost fat. He said nothing of cycling just go very low fat, and as low in carbs as you can without going into ketosis and high high protein. What you guys think?

i would not do so many shakes and have real solid food. id also find a cleaner carb than a bagel. oats yam or rice.

Thank you for the advice i think ill go with yams as i cant stand oats or brown rice. I know its so bad to go with so many shakes but where i live food is incredibly expensive. I can $40 on a tub of isolate that lasts me a week whereas that will last me two days in real food around here. Not joking. But i will make an effort because ive noticed as i get leaner and hungrier the shakes arent curbing the appetite lol.
How's the actual carb cycling looking though? Last year i did keto dont wanna do it again so i am trying either low carb or carb cycling this year
