Whoa! Imagine looking like this @ 19?? Well Nic Medici does! Pic is from yesterday @ Power Fitness in Long Island...check it out! Nic is trained by Kevin English out of Powerhouse Gym in Syosset and is now sponcered by Gaspari Nutrition and is 6 weeks out from Teenage Nationals. I met Nic when he was 15 and was the first person to tell him that he would win the NPC Teen Nationals one day...and although he looked great and I knew he had TONS of potential back then i'll be honest, I didn't think he'd look this FREAKY...not sure who else is doing Nic's show but WOW!!!...I'm sticking with my prediction from 4 years ago and saying Nic wins this title in pittsburg in 6 weeks...good luck my friend! You look awesome kid!

lol...not sure if u know Nic but he beat that guys ass because he had beaten up Nics 12 yr old brother...so he had it coming to him...cant say i wouldnt do the same....and that was 3 or 4 weeks out from his show that year....because of that he needed surgery and Nic couldnt train (barely even pose) for the last 3 weeks.....but he did the show anyway...and looked great! Now thats a warrior!

Whenever I see a young kid like that I always initially wonder if they destined to be some super human bodybuilding freak, how long they can sustain the size, and if its a case of peaking early. Some people, it seems, hit their near maximum size early and then fluctuate 5lbs or so where others don't hit it so early but are able to maintain making continuous steady gains throughout their career.
