What are your feelings of being accused of something that you KNOW you didn't do - yet everyone else seems to believe you DID do it?

You are out speed-walking for cardio on a sunny afternoon. You see three members of the Rx Crew up on a hill and they are playing with unsharpened metal swords. They are Sean Andros, Jeff the Producer and John Romano. Just as you are getting ready to join them - you notice a huge cumulonimbus thunderhead coming in from the East. Even though it is starting to rain, hail and thunder - the three keep playing swords like they are in a Dungeons and Dragons movie. You notice a lasso to your right... you can lasso and save just ONE member of this fantastic trio before they will be stricken from the heavens with unforgiving lightning bolts of fury. Who do you save and why?

To Panel:

There are many supplements out on the market today. Every time you open up a magazine - you see page after page of ads. How do you differentiate the good from the bad? The useful from the fake?

Have any of you ever been in a relationship that you thought was horrible while you were in it - but then once you were either dumped or dumped them - you realized how good it really was? If yes - how would you advise someone to try and re-connect... this is, provided that the issues that ended the relationship in the first place can be resolved.

If you had a choice between a protein shake, liquid egg whites or hamburger with French fries - which one would you choose and why? Aaron, you don't have to answer this question.

I've heard so many things about insulin. Eat 8-10g of carbs per iu, eat a ton of carbs, eat as few of carbs. Is there a correct formula for taking insulin? Also, what would be the best way to take GH and IGF-I with it if you were going to add them in? (This questions was posed to me via PM to ask publicly)

i read in an interview once that you were always a guy with multiple streams of income and that you never really had a "job" but more like worked for yourself. As an entreprenuer myself I have to wonder are you constantly thinking of ways to create more income, in bodybuilding or outside of it, or have you set up your business now to a point where you are just focusing on making it run??

1. You are at the USA's and are about to be called out for mandatories. As you are pumping up you tear your posing trunks. You try frantically to fix them but are unsuccessful. You look over and notice a pair of hot pink posing trunks on the ground. Having no other options you take the hot pink posing trunks into the bathroom and put them on. They are a tight fit, so tight in fact that your left testicul is hanging out the side. It is 5 minutes from callouts and you know that you will win your pro card if you go onstage. Do you go onstage in a pair of hot pink posing trunks with your left nut hanging out the side or do you say fuck it and go home?

2. You are the Warden of a very over crowded prison. Three new prisoners just arrived and need a cell. The three prisoners are John Romano, Derek Anthony and Carl Lanore. Because the prison is so full you must put each prisoner in a cell with the inmate of your choice. In cell 1, is Jerome...a 6'5 300 lbs black man that loves to rape. In cell 2, is Brian...a nice guy that wouldn't hurt a fly. In cell 3 is Mac....a white supremacist that always burns a swastika in his cellmates ass. Who do you put into each cell and why?
