Shelby, you're looking great and making awesome progress by doing your own thing.

Shelby,
It's sad that your thread gets hijacked by a non-competitive bb. You looked great and top 5 in a national show is a great accomplishment.
One thing I noticed that I haven't seen anyone else bring up would be Serratus Anterior and Intercostals, I think these make the midsection jump out at the judges. It could be the pics and angles though.

this WAS a good thread until ross came in here pretending to be a guru. First of all ross, have you ever been in a bodybuilding competition? Until you have dont preach about what it takes to be successful in one.

BURN!!!!
MacTech ya looking mighty ripped you self!
Shelby, you're progressing at a great pace. You'll learn what you need to do after each show you compete in. I believe you already know the areas you need to bring up but I'd keep doing DC just adjust the program to focus a little more on those areas in need. I believe you're on course to win a show...soon!
P.S. Your abs look great and are full.

Congrats Shelby and especially on the weight class jumps. That's a massive win in it self!
