Yeah his arms are that big it isn't the video lol. Maybe we can get him back on for some legs later in the year. He is a good kid and think he can do well in the sport.

Erc's arms look rediculous during the posedown at the end; in particular his forearms are massive. best of luck to him

His arms look really good, but his back is severely lacking. I've noticed this a lot in bodybuilders (beginners), they have either great arms, or a great back, few have both.

I think a great back takes a long time to develop as opposed to arms for most people. At least that's my excuse lol

I don't think there's enough in that video to tell whether or not his back is "severely lacking". However, he didn't pose it either so it could be a weakness for him. More often than not on beginners, they either have a great chest or back, usually never both.

That being said, stupid fucking potential he has. He looks better than most AAS and peptide users.

Shittt, I have trouble with my arms... Back is growing alright, I'm 21 around 6'2 (long arms). I'm def gonna try this kids arm workout though, that looked intense!

People always play down how much they train. For all we know he's been in sports his whole life and only started training religiously at 16. That, and maybe he's tried pro hormones? Never know, either way he looks awesome for his age.
