prep for October 9, 2010 Eastern USA
i decide to start a new journal for the Eastern USA again. im back and 15 weeks out and ready to bring a great package to the stage.. last year i was know as the guy that lost over 265lbs and hit the bodybuilding stage.... well that over and im ready to take it to the next level.. im 15 week out from the Eastern USA and 17 weeks out from npc new england. which is a maybe show. still have to talk to my fam in boston about staying there.
but right now the focus is on the Eastern USA.....
so i will be posting pics every couple weeks once i get someone to take pics for me.
weight as of last Sunday 271.9 i will be weighing in every Sunday..
Keto diet Monday thru Saturday and on Sunday high carb Refeed and low fat.... last 2 weeks i been doing something like skiploading and it is working great..
sample of my diet
Meal 1
5 whole eggs
Meal 2
Shake 60g of protein coming from whey isolate
1oz cashews
Meal 3
200g chicken
1oz cashews
Meal 4
Shake 60g of protein coming from whey isolate
1oz cashews
Meal 5
238g Tilapia or 3 cans of solid white tuna
1TBS cod liver oil
Meal 6
200g chicken
1TBS olive oil or mac-nut oil
total protein=340g
total fat=120
3 gallons of water+ a day.
sunday refeed almost 2000g of carbs eating around 200g of carbs every 2 hours. so far its working fine losing weight great. last week lost 5.6 pounds..
but looking to lose 3 pounds a week.
1hour of cardio a day so far and i hope to keep it there.lol

Wow..the show is 5 weeks earlier this year. I just might make it a road trip if I can get someone to ride with me. I'll be following along, Darnelle. Give 'em heck!

Cardio was a lil hard today.. I think I just did not feel like doing it. But I did it.... Tomorrow will be better.
