beginner bodybuilder
I am wondering if I am doing everything right with my diet. I am doing my first bodybuilding npc competition. I am about nine weeks out. I am not sure if now is the time to start my cutting diet. As of now my diet is as follows:
7:00 am 6 eggs whites, 1/4 cup oatmeal or 1 whole pink grapefruit.
10:00 am 6oz of fish or chicken, 1/2 sweet potatoe.
1:00 pm 6 oz fish or chicken and broc or aspragus.
3:00 protien shake synthia 6 afterworkout
6:00 pm 6 oz fish or chicken, broc or aspragus
10:00 pm 1 tablespoon of natural peanutbutter or almond butter.
I am 5'8 and weight about 164lbs my problem areas are my glutes.

Yeah tammys right it's hard to tell without pics.
You can post pics here in the womens section and get some great feedback from a whole bunch of cluey ladys
Or in the physique critique section and only get the feedback from top of the line bodybuilding judges from around the world.
