Jesus F'ing christ! What do you need 10 weeks for? You guys know what you are doing, but I would say you are @ a damn good starting point. I don't know squat about contest prep though, so take it FWIW.
Did you start "tightening up" the diet leading up to these 10-weeks-out pics? Or did you maintain this condition throughout your offseason?
