4 weeks out
from collegiate nationals.. washed out from the flash and my legs are watery from training them yesterday.. 207 here... really killing the stepper/alpine climber to bring in my lower half more

Good size! But you're looking a little soft for 4 weeks out. Hit the cardio

Ya, it looks like you might be a little sun-burned as well. Are you?
If so, the sun-burn will cause you to hold a little sub-cu water (that's what I've always been told anyway)... because I'm in the same boat. I'm so fair skinned that I have to be REAAAAAALLY careful when tanning for a show. If I get sun burned I end up looking all puffy and it usually takes a few days to go away.
But otherwise you look good. Decent size, v-taper, shoulders, legs... You're pretty symmetrical and proportionate. Good luck!

I'm not expert but I'd throw in a second cardio session every day. I think you'll see things tighen up fast if you do.
You guys with the huge sponsor ads in your signatures make reading the forums annoying.

Fair enough you might be a little washed out by the flash, still we can see how lean you are and IMO you need to step shit up. 30 mins of cradio at 4 weeks out and you look behind to me...
Just honest feedback and only my opinion and at the end of the day I'm sure you'll pull it all together and look awesome!

I really do appreciate the feedback bro! I am not gonna let up at all the next 4 weeks.. and I kinda wanna do another show after(depending how this one goes) as well so I may have time to get even much harder.
My fat loss has only been increasing more and more these last few weeks, so I am tightening up quicker than I was at the beginning, unlike most times people will slow up near the end..

yes and yes.. I have about 6 pieces of fruit a day (3 bananas and 3 grapefruits or 8 oz strawberries) and the LBAs have been a life saver..
TBH this is the leanest I have ever been 4 weeks out and the strongest(still doing weights I was doing at 235) and best I have ever felt. I have nothing but great things to say about Phil, and am putting my full trust to him because of his great experience and knowledge. I would recommend him to anyone.

Looking good man, you still have 4 weeks to go that is WAY longer than you think when ur dieting hard. If you do everything right from where you are at you'll be good for ur show.
Practice your posing a bit more to maximize the display of your physique and you can prob get the visual appearance of another years worth of training...
