Anderson Silva, one of the best ever??

What are your thoughts on this guy?? I am amazed at every fight I have seen him in. He has proved himself time and time again. He has it all and then some. He is currently sitting at a record of 23-4-0 which is pretty fucking amazing. I am looking forward to his fight against Thales at UFC 97.

I really dont think Thales Leites will even touch the guy. If Silva comes in with the killer instinct like he did against Leben, its a wrap.

It looked like Silva was bored as hell in the Cote fight. It didnt look like he respected him at all. But when he fought tougher competitors, he was in it to kill. Hopefully he gets that instinct back because he's an exciting figure to watch when he's on.

Silva probably is one of the best ever. He is beatable and if you've watched all his fights, he is amazing, but he's still human and he will get caught eventually.

He is one of the rare breed of fighters that just comes at u from different angles and has that animal instinct. It is fucked to watch him to say the least. He is insanely flexible and his fucking kicks are earth shattering. He is my current favourite. I love his cocky attitude to. Well I think it is really about confidence. He has that calm and collective way about him when he gets in the ring like he knows the outcome of the fight before he even fights. I am gonna say on here that he will go down as one of the best of all time with one of the best records of any guy the UFC has ever seen.

Henderson dominated this guy on the ground and lost when he tried standing. Silva isn't that difficult to take down but standing is a lost.

Yeah eventually every great fighter is taken down but as for the here and now this guy is mind blowing. His day will come but he is putting up the good fight. He is gonna dominate at UFC 97 though that is a given.

Don't think so who has cung le fought besides Frank Shamrock that proves that. Anderson Silva is just on another level, don't see Anderson getting beat as long as he retires when the time is right
