Blueberry syrup on my ezekiel french toast (bread dipped in egg white) is amazing for my carb days, and the Balsamic is great on veggies and chicken

I like to drizzle some of the blue cheese dressing on my chicken along with some Franks Red Hot Wing Sauce. Tastes like I'm eating Hooters wings...well not so much, but I've convinced myself.

Its fantastic, I used it all the way through prep and got the best condition award at my last show so I do believe its cal free. lol. I love the spicy bbq on chicken breasts, french onion dip with broccoli, caramel dip in greek yogurt, chocolate dip in greek yogurt, pancake syrup is a MUST HAVE. I make french toast with whole wheat bread and egg whites, then put the syrup on...its fantastic!
