Rx Muscle Invades Quads Gym, Chicago
Sallyanne, PJ Braun, Allie C. and a host of others attending the NPC Jr Nationals all stopped into Quads Gym in Chicago. Voted a 10 Ten Gym, is place might just be the mid-west Mecca.

I filmed an Iron Asylum while in Chi and it is an awesome gym. The owner is kick ass and saved me from getting my car towed away.

i trained at quads twice and i love it, the bad thing is paying 70 bucks a month
