ummmm, not really. What he admitted to was that it kills muscular endurance which is obvious since your glycogen storages are so low.

Basically all he was saying is that he is three weeks out from a show a fatigued quickly from low calories. Doesnt matter what diet your on low cals are low cals and the body will fatigue fast.

not a whole lot of bodybuilders during a calorie restricted diet have energy regardless of what foods they r taking in... it was a valiant effort by the Showstopper tho

I was just gonna say that, he has no idea what it feels like to be a month out from a show. If Ben isnt tired then he isnt where he should be. He is super lean and his training/cardio/diet program is more intense so his energy is supposed to be down. Welcome to contest prep! LOL ON that note I am 3 weeks out from Tampa on keto diet and feel amazing! But I dont do high rep training or high intensity cardio..

YG is 100% correct, KETO will destroy energy levels, this is a fact.
Everything else posted in this thread is useless defensiveness.
FYI--you don't need to feel like shit in order to look good. It's just easier for those who are TOO LAZY to diet properly. Dieting properly takes LONGER, but you will retain all of your muscle mass and fullness. Drop your carbs and you will undoubtedly lose WEIGHT(Muscle + Fat) FAST...
