What's the perfect height and weight...
If you had to pick a specific height and weight that you wanted to be as an bodybuilder what would it be , also ladies what height and weight of the guys at your gym that you find appealing?

My ideal height would probably be about 6'1" around 255 it seems like when those guys walk into the gym people seem to part the floor like the Red Sea!

well i like being tall im 6'3, but i would say 6'2 265 contest weight maybe more but i wouldnt really wanna go over 300 off season

What I like at the gym... 5'5, 230lbs off season.... 198-205lbs contest I'm 5'3 and my ideal weight for myself would be 115lbs.

at six percent or lower body fat too? fuck ya....you go grab that guys weight for him at that point!, thats my idea stats, right now im 230 and 12 percent fat but my body is fighting being trying to get so lean ya know, then once i lean out too see my hard work a bit, heading str8 on to 250 (i dont compete only against myself so there is no time goal) im done when the work is done, and its time for finishing touches aka striated glutes

I agree it totally matters bout the shape and insertion points of every muscle. Currently I am 5'11(184cm) 112kg (just under 245lbs I think) but my structure is piss poor! Long torso, high lats and calves and narrow shoulders. The bigger I get the more narrow I look. I would give up my height any day for better structure

For me at 5'10'' with a small frame, i Am trying to get to 225 at 6%
