what dont you like about being tall?

its awkward, uncomfortable. your limbs being that long get in the way of alot. its just not fun bro. you won't understand until you're over 6'3 or so. It just sucks.

I like my height and structure because it gives me some advantages and some challenges. I'm 6'2" and 220-225 lbs right now. Because of my broad shoulders I get attention and compliments. But, because of being an ecto (I was 142 lbs when I was 22 yrs old at 6'2") and tallish I have an endless task of filling out. At my best, I'd guess I'll be able to do well in a state level masters class- meaning I've still got years of filling out and refining.

Ideally for bodybuilding you want to be 5'10" and a natural mesomorph like Dorian Yates. That guy looked better after 9 months of training than most ever do! In fact, I have 2 friends that are that height and on the mesomorphic side of things. They don't even train consistently and I've got to bust ass to look as good and lift as heavy as they do (when they actually get around to lifting). Lucky bastards.

For being an intimidating, ass-kicking bastard you want to be between 6'3" and 6'5" and mesomorphic. Those guys truly dominate local fight scenes. No one messes with a genetically gifted 6'5" 260 lb guy who knows a little about fighting. And, no, I'm not talking about myself as I know zip about fighting. But, when you look around this is what you see.

flex and ronnie were 5'10 ..yates and haney were 5'11..cutler 5'8.5...there limb length to torso ratio to shoulder width were all pretty good. height is one thing but proportions are more important IMO. you cant change structure

I was curious if he really weighs this and it looks like he's listed anywhere from 165-195 lbs at 6'3"-6'4". I think Christopher Reeves really was around 225 or so for those classic movies- or at least the first couple.

same ht as now (5-10 1/2) but weigh on stage around 235-240lbs ....Im close as I weighed in last year at 224lbs...so anther 10 and I would be very happy
