Your hams are so developed they're almost TOO BIG. I'd focus on the quads a little more and ease up on the hamstring training, they're insane. Back also looks a little small compared to the arms. Other than that you're huge and ripped, good luck.

What was the other site so that i know to never go over there... lol @ banning your mom!
Your Huge! It seems your Upper body lacks the detail of your lower. 5 more weeks should be just right.

Tons of respect, Rich. Look amazing and wish the best at USA.
A couple friends wo are competing at Masters Nats the week before saw your pics and are glad you opted for USA. But I think you are a yesr away from that option.
Anyway, best of luck.

rich is a great guy.. but i dont understand covering up all the hard work with detail blinding tatts.. looks like many have been added recently.. why put the time and money into trying to win shows and possibly hurt placings but covering it all it? his body though.. as long as he is happy with it..

As long as the tats don't obstruct the view of the conditioning and detail, it should not be a problem.
Excellent photos, Rich. Know you will give it your best shot, champ.

Huge, Ripped, good muscularity, decent balance.....I will add to the consensus that the tats take away from the package, but regardless you look the biz......good luck
