Anyone predicting Top 3 is insane.

His left tricep, lat and quad are still wrecked, and that's before dieting down. Top 10, maybe, IF he competes.

The OP said the date of this is June but the Video says the 26th of october 2010 (which hasn't even happened yet) Just wondering which it is and if maybe this is from 09?

He uploaded the vid June 26, 2010. I suspect the October or "10" in the date is simply a typo.

Or, yeah, it could be from 2009 and only uploaded now.

Wish Ronnie would strip down to 250. Is it possible to tighten his waist up ever again?
