Viking's Personal War
It's on like like never seen before people! I have a new found relentless pursuit for creating myself into a true Viking Warrior.
I will not stop until it is done, I will not give up, I will not let up.
I will conquer what I want!!
I am playing semi-pro football this year, my first and true passion, and can not see anything but broken bones and missing limbs stopping me from doing this. I will continue training for ultimate strength and when I can train strongman.
Goals for now are to still compete in strongman this year, and be around 250 for weight for football.

Sunday I woke up and me legs killed, I limped around and strectched but wo no avail, same on monday.
I did get better throughout the day and practice went well.
Tonight chest tris and shoulders!!

all done with whatever weight I can do, many sets like 6 each grip style mostly ending in the 150 range

my shoulders suck for reps but can hit mid 250 range on the log
I screwed my shoulders up in high school, Im still pissed to this day...

add more weight and do 5x5.

100 is the highest the db's go here, and I ain't benching, its how I screwed them up but learned the correct technique through diesel crew. I still hate benching, I work out alone....

add the weight on the overhead presses.
strongmen need that more than benching

yea I dont NEED to bench, ive gone up to 225 for reps but they dont have an adjustabel just a seat so my back took a beaten

Last night was football practice, I was sweating pretty good. I can't believe how nice it feels after 7 years to be back playing football. I believe i'm even better than before. Quicker steps, stronger and better vision of the field. Now I just need to memorize 3 playbooks and i'm all good haha
