What do you notice in your clients symptoms wise when they are over training to some degree?
I had started training 6 days straight a while back and in the past 2-3 weeks have had onset of various things. Poor sleep. Lack of appetite, starting to hold water, my digestion is not on point (things have slowed down, bloating, etc), yadda, yadda. I think I may need 3 or 4 days off and then start back up going at it more wisely, maybe Doing your 2 on one off one on one off routine. I can adjust from there.
Thoughts, input?

Dixon weighed in at 210.7lbs at new York pro. In ur opinion, what would be a good weight for him to compete at? He has a lot of muscle, so if he drops some weight, I do not think it will hurt him. I told him I thought he should weigh in around 194-198lbs bc of his height.
I am good friends with Dixon, so I told him that I was going to ask you. So he is excited to see what weight you say.

I love the 2 on one off training system that's what I think I suggested as a ( my) favorite in my book. That system on 2 on 1 off...then 2 on TWO OFF
The main marker I use for over training is two things
1) You simply are not looking ANY different
2) Workouts suffer. By suffer I mean u get weaker or don't get a good pump
EVERYTHING else all the markers people like to use otherwise are, in my opinion, a waste of time. ( ie resting heart rate in the morning etc)
