Chris from your experience what would you recommend best for someone inexperienced in dieting and has a higher bf% upwards of 25%. Carb Cycling? Keto? Nutrient Timing?

Hi, ye defo working, dropped 2 lbs so far from doing the higher intensity cardio after stalling for 2 weeks or so!! and still strong in gym..
Just wondering in your opinion, how much carbs is needed to replenish muscle glycogen, my carb levels are low right now, and I normally refeed once a week to replenish glycogen which works well for me, I think better than have 2 higher days in the week......... so jsut wish to refeed once a week with cleanish white refined carbs eg white rice, white breads, muffins, jaffa cakes, pizza, ............................
I know you may prefer two higher days in the week but I just get bloated from it.....Im going by feel, as long as im losing weight then i stick to what I do..... been dieting for 4 months now and getting into final stages
been trying to find any science studies on metabolism slowdown etc, but I dont think I got any as fat loss is really high right now, maybe due to the higher intensity cardio.. think I needed it, i did the rowing machine after gym workout and my training partners were huffing and puffy and I found it easy

Havy cardio (an hour a day) until body fat comes to say 15%. I would start with a low carb diet ..less then 125 grams a day
As you reach 15-16% you can add more carbs 2 days a week and lower the cardio down.
Also recomend Nordrenalean every day to burn more calories.

Chris, i want your opinion.
im 7 weeks out and im constantly losing like 1.5 - 2 pounds a week.
cardio 1 hour in the morning and 30mins after the weights.
im on 140 carbs a day, no high days, no cheats, nothing.
i feel pretty good.. and i dont have any cravings BUT i feel im a bit behind schedule. maybe a week or so, but im close to my contest weight. 5 kilos maybe.
Should i lower the carbs a bit more?

Chris,
I tried KreoxiPump for the first time yesterday while on a keto diet and my god what a pump! The energy and focus was fantastic but the pumps were insane.Just training on extremely low carbs the pumps were so incredible I could only manage on some exercises 1 or 2 sets instead of 4 or 5.Fantastic product and I highly recommended it for anyone running on a keto diet!

chris, i went through your championship bodybuilding guide but it didnt help me answer this Q.
Im on 100gram carbs now, so i have 40gram after morning cardio, then do i take 20gram pre workout weights, 40gram after weights ok?
i think i read u said that taking no carbs before workout will burn more fat, then just take more carbs after workout

Chris, This past Saturday I had my high carb day (325c) and the next day I lost half a pound. I then went back to my lower carb day (240) and my weight jumped back up half a pound. And, it's remained at this weight for 3 days following. This has never happened to me before (losing after a high carb day). What would make this happen? Thanks!
