Its a sound start. If you have read my stuff you know a diet is like navigating a boat. You have to start your trip and get off the dock and head in the right direction. Thats what you have done. Now you just have to be alert for bad weather, Sometimes its easy, you can cruise to a show, some times you have to make constant adjustments

But sometimes it's really hard to see the progress even if you are trimming down. I mean glycogen levels, when they go down, you look flat and it makes you look softer and fat. On this point, that's hard to see the progress without doing refeeds and filling the muscle glycogen stores. Whats the real deal to see the progress? to make a right decision for refeeds?

Hi Chris,
i have been following a diet of around 2500 calories a day 320P/140C/60F which has been going well but i am now always hungry.
i am 32 and weigh 235 pounds and i think i should bump up the calories but do i increase the healthy fats or carbs?
my goal is to continue to train hard and stay lean, doing some hit cardio 3 days a week.
cheers

Yeah sorry for asking, its just not many trainers especially for ifbb pro bodybuilders prefer HIIT cardio and fasted too, when I send your link to people they are shocked as they think fat burning zone to burn fat. Since using HIIT cardio a litle bit my fat loss has been quicker recently since im already getting lean for a comp
You and George Farah follow the same methods pretty much Ive noticed, did you teach him lol

No new products on tap.... yes you just need enough calories to train like you feel like you are the man. Really. I mean, the never ending question I ask people is "Hows training going" And I could care less about the details. I just need to here "Awesome" That ensures they are eating enough be it dieting or bulking ("bulking") and thats enough for me.

George copys ebverything I do and hes an idiot . Seriously, I am kidding I know him a little bit and like to break his u know what. Hes easy to make laugh. Cardio most Pro BB do it too easy. Thats my opinion. In fact, they tempo at which they do it amazes me sometimes which typically means they are on too much thyroid to have left over energy from their training do their cardio hard enough. My 20 cents

Chris I've seen random questions through the thread about cycling KreOxi, I've been using since it came out, and it still has the same effect on me now as then.
GREAT stuff....
