Chris.... Precontest w/ AM fasted cardio.....what you would say the maximum amount of time one should wait before having meal 1? If I'm not mistaken I believe I have read that you prefer your clients to wait, but can't remember the amount of time. thx

Chris, do you see any advantage to cycling KreOxi Pump? I would think the body must get used to it at some point. I hate to give up these mind blowing pumps but I want to use it to full advantage. Thanks.

Chris,
As far as training goes, what type of split do you perfer for fat loss? I know you are helping Dusty Hanshaw and I believe he is still training following the DC Training methods(which is pretty low volume rest pause training). Do you really think it matters as long as your cals are below maintance and your diet is on point....

In my book Championship Bodybuilding IO outline WHY its important to go heavy right til the show. The book was written about 15 years ago and people didnt do that then, They thought it was ok to go light and "burn " the cuts in there with high reps.
From a training point, you have to go heavy. That said, dieting your body is vulnerable and while I have no training system at all (or diet) that I follow per se, I seem to be working with people lately on nothing mnore then listening to their body...That means, there are times while dieting where your borderline catabolic and you just have to train easy. I often say "We don't need a hero today" which means take it easy. Sometimes that wont work with someone whos stubborn or insecure so I will also say "If you dont train easy today, We are done." They laugh...and get the point. I know that does not answer your question, but the REAL answer is you have to listen to your body but most bodybuilders dont know how to do that.

Chris, I just came off 2.5 months of training where my strength went through the roof -- super intense workouts. About 2 weeks ago I started to hit a brick wall with energy so I decided to take this week off. When I was training hard my scale weight was inching upwards. Now that I'm taking a week off my weight is dropping a bit and I'm on the same calories I was taking in during my intense training. Any idea why this would happen (the weight loss)?

PRbly when i get my taxs back. but i will go else where to get your product, just curious as i tend to get more from ProSource nowadays.
