Chris I bought your book (Championship Bodybuilding) which is great, but I have some questions. I am a endo/mesomorph and have a pretty hard time getting/staying lean. I am 5'9" and started my diet/cardio 4 weeks ago at 206 and 19%BF. I am now at 196.5 and just under 14%BF. I am doing cardio 6 days/week for 25 mins at a HR of 80-85%. I am currently taking 2150 cals/231 pro (200 are from direct sources)/160 carbs/50 grams fat. According to your book, and with my body type, I should only consume 100 grams carbs/2 grams prot. per lb of lean body mass with minimal fat for 3 days, the up the carbs to 400 and prot. to 1 gram per lb of lean body mass, correct?? Should I back off on my cardio to 3-4 days at 25 min?? Am I taking in too little cals right now? Thanks for your help/clarification.

^^^ also wanted to ask if AAS (test/T3) have any influence on diet? For example the post above with 500mg test/week and 50mcg T3 daily.

Thats a great question. I dont write anymore cuase I got axed from FLEX. Was doing MMag stuff last year but they got people. Writing was always a very fun thing for me but a lot of the GREAT stuff got edited by editors trying to make the article seem Whatever " cooler, more english friendly etc. I would say if u went thru my stuff from the 1990's 99 percent of it is rehashed and rehashed and rehashed today

Hi Chris I am new to the science behind bodybuilding, but am slowly learning my trade with help from guys like you. I watched all the RX muscle Olympia coverage and Jay was sayin he was fading towards the end of fri nite and worked on his body with Hany to come back better on Sat and Dave and John said the same about Kai that he came back better. What do all of you mean by this, what can they do in such little time to come back so much better. Is it food intake/drugs water etc?

Chris,
When taking in creatine in either offseason or precontest should I take it before and after training or is pretraining more than enough?I use your Kreoxipump plus the recommended betalanine and bcaa before and glutamine,bcaa and 60 grams protein shake post.

How far out from a show do you typically have someone start their carb depletion assuming their conditioning is on track? Do you load them with a high day the first day of the load and taper back off or start low and ramp up?
