Thanks for the answer Chris. I'm going to talk about KreOxi pump a bit, give my experience after my brief use. On a scale of 1-10 I will give it a 10, and I'll explain before anyone accuses me of kissing ass. The pump, focus and mindset I get from KreOxi pump is amazing. I have had similar feelings in the past and could absolutely rate them a 10, BUT, there is a difference. The "10's" I've had in the past were achieved by stacking multiple products, sometimes as many as 4-5. When I used KreOxi pump for the first time, (and since), I took the recommended dose, nothing more, nothing less, and no other supps at all. I drank a shake, ate 1 1/2 TB of natural peanut butter and took the KreOxi 30 minutes before I trained.
It's very cool the feeling I get from it. The pump is there, boy is it there, and it also has an almost stim like effect, but not in a jittery, jumpy, million miles an hour way, but it seems to make me more focused and driven. The pump is that good. Today I did chest and bi's. I felt so good and so pumped I had to tell myself, "ok dude, that's enough, chest is done" etc. This stuff makes you feel great while you're training. Hell, when I was done with the weights I was doing 30 minutes on the treadmill and caught myself thinking "you know, I could use a few more sets of bi's"; which of course would have been totally unnecessary, but I felt that good. And believe me, that feeling wasn't coming from the protein shake. Let me end by saying this, I'm 40 years old. I've been training since I was 20. From 20 until about 32 I had no fucking idea what I was doing, now I do. And I've tried every supplement under the sun for 20 years, some good, most bad, but I tried them all, especially when I had no idea what I was doing. My point is I'm not some 19 year old tool bag here running his mouth about something when he has no idea what he's talking about. And I'm also not a pro, I don't work with Chris Aceto, nor will I ever probably, I'm just being honest. KreOxi pump could seriously be THE best pre workout supplement I've ever taken, that's how much I like it so far. I'll keep you posted as I get further along and see if I love it as much say a month from now.

Thanks for answering my question earlier Chris. I'm so grateful . Nothing can be better than getting answers replied by your idol. You make my day. Thanks.
Another question;
We do muscle refeed's to keep metabolism, leptin levels, hormones working. And more frequent refeeds suggested when you get leaner. But how can you get more leaner buy eating more calories? In bodybuilding society, they also say, more you lean, more you need to refeed, carb-up. How could you stay lean by eating more calories, especially carbs.
Thank you Chris,

Chris,
or to add on to the last post, is it more beneficial to do all 45 min in the morning with high intensity intervals?
Thanks

Chris, I'm competing in a show in July and starting my prep now. 18 pounds to lose. My off season I was at 245gr prot, 270c and 60f. Cardio was practically zip. I’m planning to start at 225p-215c (20% drop on carbs) - 40f with 3 or 4 days cardio. I'm also thinking of adding 1 high carb day per week. I'm using ECDY N7, KreOxipump and GI Accelerator. How’s the initial plan look to you?
