    Chris Aceto again "in the house"?
    Chris, question...how do you know when to throw a "high" day for your client? i'm 190 lbs , doing 4-5 (or 6 if it falls on rest day) low days (50 carbs per day) and then throw a high day 250 - 300 carbs) with combination of interval and low intensity cardio? what's your opinion on that? thnx

    Forgot to say: protein is 1,5 per pound of lean body mass - 280-290 per day ,and fats are 40-45 per day

    Chris, when you give your client a "high day", how high you go? cca 1000 kcal above what they usually eat on a diet or you go close to off season diet? thanks for response

    Hello, chris
    I have read that in natural bodybuilding you have to do two times a week on each muscle group with upper-lower split-push-pull-legs and not once
    because of
    Synthesis protein
    And I wanted your opinion because I read in your book (champion ship)
    That it is wear to the muscles when you exercise more than once in 5-7 days

    And another question in training you need to feel the pump or counts more stress with low reps 8 reps that does not have so much pump ??
