Hello Chris Aceto,
I've been following you since a while and read all your book, know your approach i have lot of respect for you.
I have some questions for you :
- I know you have your approach but in the same time you say you like to learn new things? Why you are still in the approch of : high protein-carbs and no fats because for me protein and fats are only the macros that the are essentials? Furthermore, the carbs trigger insulin (and no the fats).
I know you will tell me that with all your best clients (Cutler, Alves, Correa), there was at the best in terms of conditionning because they follow low fats diets, but look, how don't try with very low carbs and high fats (like Palumbo your friend, and this case he was at 20's with this diet in a very very good condition.
- do you will make another supplements company?
- how you enter to the real estate business (i read your biography all things : internship, school converge to bodybuilding, not real estate).
- in average case, when you just begin with a client, do you increase or decrease his amount of AAS?
- i know some people (stupid) makes a pourcentage for each (rest, diet, training) aspects, but honestly what's the pourcentage of the AAS takes in the progression of someone.
recently i see fedorov and he is becoming huge.
- what is the best to become a guru like you?
- last question, where is your responsability as a contest prep guru. How to ask this? For example when you train a client and prep him for a show, you wants him to win (off course), so you can do the impossible to help to win and this is include the amount of AAS he can take? what's your responsability and how you deal with that?
i heard that a guy died last week in a competition show, that's why (and he was prepped by don long).
PS : excuse me for my english, i'm not american. good luck

hi chris.
is d-ribose only what can create ATP in the body? or can it be made via other sugars? eg: glucose, dextrose, maltodextrin, lactose etc...and what can i do to improve ATP production and mitochondria health? d-ribose is expensive. is creatine better or same thing for that?
i have had chronic fatigue for the last few years is why i am asking.
thanks and well wishes from melbourne, australia!

Hi Cameronwilly! I'm Chris rx muscle agent, Chris is very busy these days with New York Pro coming up Arnold classic brazil and so on. However at the beginning of may he will be able to do some other prep for people. His tariffs (fee) for non competitive bodybuilders are quite reasonable for a 4 month prep, it's only $2500$.
Remember Chris Aceto is currently the best prep coach in the world and so since the early 2000 Not everybody is eligible to work with Chris, he is very selective, you've to be really serious.
If you are really motivated, see it as an investment, a once in a lifetime opportunity that will result undoubtedly in you achieving the best shape you can possibly get into. If you're a competitive bodybuilder than the tariffs are higher.
Contact Chris Aceto at [email protected]
Have a nice day
