Chris does not do that because he has no time for that shit, like literally no time. plus he had nothing to prove. He already proved it numerous time by bringing people in the best shape of their life.
Besides it would probably be a silly "battle", and we would better hear Chris and Dave analysis on that event.

You mentioned only working with people when you find it "fun". With that in mind, out of all your clients (pros, non competitors) are there 2-3 that stand out in your mind as fun and exciting to work with? Any good stories about them or what made them more interesting to you?
