Chris I see where you say the person trains extremely HARD and the diet is on POINT, one can get into contest shape without doing cardio, could you give an example of HARD Training Aceto style?? I like one of the responses you wrote, you asked Arnold did u do cardio and he said WHY , I would love to see a split training week by you, I always here you and Dave say no one trains like they did in the 70's and 80's. Pleeeeeeeze,
I am very grateful for all the knowledge you give to this forum

I am using your book Championship Bodybuilding and following the contest prep. On sunday, monday and tuesday we cut the carbs in half each day. 3 short questions:
1. Do fat and protein stay the same on sunda monday and tuesday as the previous saturday intake? and on wednesday thursday and friday?
2. The day of the show do we eat and drink the same as friday?
3. After the show/the day after, do we come back to the prep diet from the Saturday of the prev ious week and build up from there or do we follow a different approach that would be better to maximize gains?

Chris aren't you only a little older than Jay, and didn't you even compete with him a couple times?! What did you do or do you think made these guys respect you at such a young age? What was it like balancing your bodybuilding ambitions with training others and what were your goals as a bodybuilder? Thanks

Take any well known name in the industry and I bet, you'll hear GOOD and EVIL on different boards, in various radio-shows, etc. In your case,Mr. Aceto, I only heard positive comments. Craig's show, the boards, competing Body-Builders. This is really unusual and I lift my hat to you.

Chris I read in a magazine a while back that Jay Cutler said you advocated ab training everyday. Is this true? Is so why? Because with other muscles if they are trained too often, like everyday, they will become over trained and shrink. Is the idea that training abs everyday will cause them to become over trained and shrink, thus making someones waist smaller? Btw it was great meeting you and Eduardo Correa at Golds Gym before the Flex pro, hope to see you at a show next year.

Chris,
DO you typically control your athlete's training? If so, how much of an influence does the structure have around the training?
Could you provide a bit a insight how you would structure someone as far as high and low carbohydrate days?
