Hi Chris,
Really quick, simple question.
I believe I've heard that you're very selective when taking on new clients. I can understand that part of it is that you're very busy and don't always have time for taking on something totally new.
What is it that you look for when taking on a new client? Is there anything specific that would attract you to working with a particular bber? Are there certain red flags that push you away from certain guys...or certain personalities?

LOL No Rhyme or reason generally I am too busy to take a client. I cant juggle more then say 10 or so......
I think this year I probably turned down 100 people. I don't mean " turned down" but I am sure I have read at least 100 maybe more then 150 inquiries from serious people who are looking for these kind of services or coaching....
Bottom line for me is it has to be fun and if I have a lot of clients by definition it cant be fun

Who is layne Norton ? Screw him.
Just kidding. You know I have a "system" that I do with the bbers I work with that is based on bro science I tell guys I work with that what I try to do is figure out what works for them then get out of the way.
I think one issue with all this stuff is there are many different ways to skin a cat. You may think your way is the only way and I may think my way is the only way ( although I don't think that...which of cource, I feel, makes me a very very effective coach)

Its too scientific for me lol
once glycogen stores are full all excess carbs or the majority of them- will be stored as fat
Think of it as a glass of water.
If u have a half empty glass ( say a 12 oz glass) you can put 6 oz of water into the glass and that's about as much as it can hold any more...and the remaining water poured in will spill onto the table on which the glass sits.

Having you on the sugar subject now Chris, can you give an estimate of how many grams you could consume daily for a certain weight or as a ratio of your total carbs?

Makes sense. Appreciate the honest answer and thank you for responding so quickly.
I'm going to push it and ask another...
Do you work with non-competitive bodybuilders? Guys that are done with competing but looking to accomplish specific goals with their bodies? I would imagine that the fun part for you is seeing your athletes on stage and the satisfaction you get out of seeing them do well and come in at their best. Just wondering if you enjoy helping non-competitive athletes.

If im sloppy looking would you focus more on fat loss. My goal is to build muscle mass. Or would you just not worry about fat loss till I do a show next year in November. Thank you
