Chris,
I am curious to know if you have worked with people that are a large frame but put on fat easily? If you have what are some of the areas you have had success in getting them in better/contest shape?

Off season you can stick with a mix emphasizing a bit more simples pre training. When you combine siumples with slow the slower burning carbs drag or slow the breakdown of the simples anyways making them "less simple"
For dieting I stick with SLOW burning pre training UNL:ESS the BB is really lean then I will have him eat simples pre training . Simples seem more anticataboliuc ESPECIALLY when you are lean.

GH Accelerator... optimal uses
Mr. Aceto I have some general questions regarding your GH Accelerator product from Procard Nutrition. Regarding optimal uses while consuming the product;
• Is product effective during both a bulking and leaning down phase?
• Should the product be cycled? If so what would that look like?
• Any additional benefits to increased dosage? Or being consumed with any
another supplement?
• For best results the bottle states “ abstain from eating Carbohydrates for
2-3 hours before bed” I train at night so this is somewhat problematic, by
the time I consume my post workout meal. Before bed I usually consume a
Casein Protein product, which has between 2-5 residual carbohydrates. Is
this enough to affect the GH Accelerator? If this hinders the GH Accelerator
how do you recommend somebody who uses the GH Accelerator but still
keeping protein in your system during sleep?
• Any issues taking a product like Gasepri Novedex XT and GH accelerator at
the same time (30 minutes before bed)?
*******KreOxi Pump is the best pre-workout pill product I have ever used!!

While Dieting
What are your thoughts on caffeine free diet soda during dieting? Does consuming it between meals have any drawbacks?

Hi Chris,
I asked this question on the Milos Q & A but then realized he hasnt been on there for over 4 months. Now i realise you do not profess to being a drug guru and im not sure if you even subscribe to the theory that injectable inslin has any positive benefit to a bodybuilder. Its just a question i have always asked myself and im wondering if you know what the reasoning/justification or percived benefit is behind the many bodybuilders who DO use insulin. The question is:
What advantage does injected insulin have over the insulin produced naturally by the (non diabetic) human body? If there is no more room for storage in liver/muscles wouldnt the body just store the rest as fat regardless of wheather you injected the insulin or it was produced naturally? I mean what difference is there between doing say a 10iu shot of insulin and then having to eat 100 grams of sugars....or on the other hand eating 100 grams of sugar and letting the body produce the insulin naturally. Wouldnt the body just produce the required amount of insulin and store the muscle/liver glycogen just the same.

Hi Chris.I experimented how many carbs I have to eat in 1 day period with no protein (exatcly 24 hours) and with no activity to maitain my weight!I ate 500 grams of pasta and after 20 hours I was empty (in ketosis) this means that I burned all those 350 carbs with doing nothing all day only watching TV!And then I added 250 grams of protein from turkey and egg whites throught the day and I started gainig fat!I thought that if I add lean no fat protein I would only feed my muscles but I gain fat!Now I don`t uderstand why I gain fat-from pasta there are 1400 ENERGY calories and this is my maintence and another 1000 added calories from protein are building blocks?Do this extra 1000 calories from protein make me gain fat??What I have to do to maintain my weight feed the muscles and not gain fat-do I have to even the calories from protein and carbs to get a target 1400 calories that is for my maintence?? (I saw Ronnie Coleman video The Cost Of Redemption and there in his Offseason he ate only 200 grams of carbs and lean protein around 500 grams and I asked myself how he gain weight (fat) if he eats only 200 grams of carbs do weight training and cardio and every day fall in ketosis which means that his glycogen is empty -maybe this 500grams of protein + 200 grams of carbs make 2800 calories and that make him gain weight) am I correct???

Chris,
I've been using your products since they became available. ECDY N7 is the best protein powder I've ever taken. Concerning the 6.7gr of aminos in the ECDY N7 is the break down proprietary? or are you able to share the Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine grams? Thanks and have a Happy New Year.
