hey chris,
what is the reason for CNS overtraining?
is it that with every week person tries to increase his lifting poundages... which means CNS has to increase its neurotransmittor release every week But the rate of reuptake resynthesis of acetyl choline remains the same...when this difference gets out of hand... no more strength gains occur mainly die to deficiency of neurotransmitter by CNS..no more strength gains = no more muscle gains... am i thinking correct.?
wud appreciate
thank you

Hello Mr. Aceto,
I really appreciate how openly you share your wealth of knowledge with all. While I am not a competitive bodybuilder, I am a weightlifter that seeks a healthy and good physique. After the holidays and my honeymoon cruise, I look a bit sloppy in the mirror now and am seeking to cut down for health and appearance (particularly my stomach). I would like to aid my fat loss diet and exercise regimen by using your fat burner; however, I take 40mg of extended release Ritalin each day for narcolepsy. Can I take your Noradrenalean HSL while on this prescription? Thank you for your help!

Wll to whittle it all down.....GENERALLY, the greater the weight you use in the 6-12 rep range, the more (total number) of muscle fibers come into play. On a very crude level, the more fibers you can get to come into play, the greater the muscel stimulation and presumably, the greate3r the growth. That said, what I have learned over the years is that sometimes itis good NOT to include all the fibers...to train close to failure. Why? The stubborn fibers are ust rthat...stubborn. I think you can , by not going to failure, more readily recruit them by intermittantly going to failure. On another level the pump plays a big role with facilitating growth...thats why I always recommend Kreoxipump. I guarantte when you use it you ll get a killer pump and expereince better growth whether you train to failure or only close to failure

Nervous system casues fiber to contract. CNS over training means you are not taking enough timof and always pushng your body which, in turn, your CNS which recruites muscle fibers becomes less efficient at doing so. Its a crappy analog but CNS over load is like requiring you change your spark plugs on your car cause the spark is trying to hard to ignite the engine. When you are ovetrained your CNS has to work harder to recruit the muscles (think engine)...and the extra work on the CNS only causes further CNS overtraining

Chris,
I've been using ECDY N7 since you first started shipping and can't say enough good things about it. My recovery has never been better. Just curious - what made you choose the specific protein sources in ECDY N7? Micro Ultra Filtered whey concentrate, and the ion exchanged isolate?

Pretty simple how I came up with it
1) Picked highest quality whey(s) i could get
2) knew if I added BCAA and betaecdysterone in larger amounts it would support nitrogen balance = growth
Never thought it would actually sell cause of the higher price. You can get crappy wheys for far less $$ and thats what most people do, but I wanted to come up with somethingthat people could say "this works. I feel like I am recovering" and thats what happened. Its selling way better then I ever thought. trying to figure a way to bring the price down right now but not having too much luck

Chris, per reading some of your nutrition and training thoughts, I've adding ONE Nordrenalean a day to my supplement regimen.
I am combining the one Nordrenlean with the KreOxi Pump= off the chain workout....
Another noticable (and most important) difference since starting KreOxi pump, is my growth. There have been several of my friends lately that have commented on the amount of size I've gained over the past few months...
I've been lifting just under 3 years now, and KreOxi pump is the best pre-workout and creatine I've ever used.
Thanks for such a great product..........
