It may. For me its really a training question. If u have weak bodypart(s) typically its not a diet questions as much as it is a stimulus question. weak bodyparts need to be trained more often and typically with more volume then your stronger ones.
So to answer your question, no I dont think eating more on the days u hit weak bodyparts makes a big difference. Training harder does

HAHA! I do actually own my own business so I guess you are right. I am working on being able to turn it off, but right now it is difficult to say the least. Thanks again for being here answering our questions Chris. I know everyone really appreciates it! Love your books by the way great stuff!

Hey Chris, What is your opinion of Ion Exchange Whey? I have heard that pH sensitive fractions get damaged and some amino acids are denatured in the process they use. Is there any truth to this? If so would it make that much of a difference in terms of results or is this just nit picking? Also is the difference in the absorption of isolate verses concentrate as big of a deal as some company's make it out to be, or am I just a victim of marketing hype? Sorry if these questions have already been asked

Chris, my state Chairman is dead set on doing Jr's before any pro qualifier. He believes you get lost in the mix if you don't go there first.
I just did two shows back to back and won Overall at both in another state and that Chairman encouraged me to do the NA or Nationals. NA is out of the question because my condition is not on that level yet, but in 8 weeks I feel I could be there. I'm a LHW and was 195.2 last weekend, but feel I have atleast 5 pounds to go.
I just feel like Nationals could be a bit overwhelmin first time out. I am just building some confidence.........
What's your take on getting started at the National Level??

I know that you specialize in pre-contest dieting and training, but how would the approach change for someone who wants to look damn good naked, possibly as good as a precontest bodybuilder, with great unflexed abs to boot?

Thank you so much for the reply. I don't have any money other than to support gas to commute to work, but when I get enough money, you're the first person I'll ask for basic nutrition advice for both losing fat and gaining muscle, and if I really want to get the best body I can and have the money to do it, I will be glad to use your help to help me reach my ultimate body.
