Did you see the pic I posted not too long ago of tarek in the Hotel. Thats called sliced. Here is why people are not in as good condition
1) Drugs
2) Drugs
The first one; people rely more today on drugs to get lean which is stupid
The second: I am guessing that people take way too much. Just guessing though.

Chris, what you do if a client was having severe energy issues a few weeks out from a show? I am having trouble just getting the energy to get up to walk never mind get into the gym to train these last few days my body feels so drained.

hey chris; is it wise to add carbs to my meal befor bed? (during offseason)
or is it better to have protein with fats before bed?

im gonna ask again my question regarding your book and the drop in calories, why 25% and why not drop like 500 instead of 25%?
im on my 2nd week on the baseline and when im done with 4weeks i´ll start the drop

Ok so what if i do 250-300 carbs and 75 fat on training days (mon,tue,thur,and fri) and 175-200 carbs and 120 fats on non-training days?
This is my offseson, i just competed on June 27..
Or Should i drop my protien to about 225-250, and fat to under 100 and do 300 carb's per day. I still am holding at the same weight and b/f right know.
Currently doing 280-300pro/ 200-220carb and 100-120fat

NO Vapor-NO Synthesize-VasoCharge, and a couple of others.
IMO sometimes a pre-WO can OVER charge a person and you can lose focus.
What I like about KreOxi Pump is that it is steady....... I have a really sharp focus, and get incredible pumps without being over-stimmed.

were also better in 80's. 1. is it ok to eat pasta in your offsean, I hear that cause your skin to get thick.
