Can either a long or short acting insulin be used on a ketosis diet or is it too much strain on blood sugar?Sorry i this has been asked before.

hi Chris, what are your thoughts on Leucine consumption intra and pwo or would bcaa's/eaa's be better (during bulk and using insulin pre w.o)
i dont use any supplements and stick to whole foods but was wondering if this would be a worthwhile addition especially with slin.
studies ive come across showm leucine to be the most effective amino at increasing protein synthesis but with 300g protein from whole foods wouldnt there be enough aminos in the bloodstream and would this really have that much of an effect?
much appreciated Chris.

leucine is excellent pre training increases protein synthesis also increase to a mild degree insulin secretion which acts to preserve leucine

What do you think of people eating in their sleep. For example Jay Cutler has said many times in interviews that he keeps a shake of just whey around and drinks it when he wakes up in the middle of the night to take a piss. What is your general opinion of this? Do you think your digestive system needs "breaks"?
