Does optimal intake change for nutural athletes vs supplemented? Most of the research I have found on this topic is in relation to natural athletes which shows that 1-1.5g per lb bw depending on caloric suplus or defict is the range for natural competitors. For supplemented athletes have any of you seen different valed research that shows that protein synthesis is higher or you are in need of greater intake? Would love to see some valid research proving this one way or the other. Thanks Chris!

Hey Chris,
This might be a dumb question, but when you're counting macro's do you account for the bbq sauce or ketchup people put onto their foods? Just wondering if you add that to people's carb intake. Thanks.

Why do we see striations almost exclusively in the glutes but not elsewhere. Their are a few exceptions but overall you do not see striated triceps/chest/back like the guys in the early 90's. Why do you think this is?

Hey Chris you said that you cut never sodium in your diet or pre-contest. There are tons of coaches telling that we have to raise and the cut sodium before competition. I don't know what to do. Maybe you can help me
Thank you for your help.

Help me see what others are seeing, I had Brandon Curry higher than he placed this weekend. Are his legs that much out of proportion still? The quads look brought up to me. Do you think people expect the undersized legs and therefore look for it? Can you breakdown Brandon Curry's physique in terms of what he needs to do or bring to up his placings?
