Hey Chris, what are your thoughts on super high intensity HIT style cardio on cycle to build legs? I know you say that it doesn't matter too much which cardio machine you use, but look at this T-Rex. An advocate for heavy cardio intervals and his quads speak for themselves.
PS - If you have a sec please check your PM, if you can find mine in the zillion you have lol.
Lol.. A serious T-Rex

Oh also forgot to mention. I was watching the Andreas Munzer video. The one he made before he died (one of my bodybuilding idols for his quality solid unbelievably lean mass). Near the end he starts pulling out the oxygen tank between sets of legs and also during cardio. Any thoughts? I mean aside from looking like I have the worst case of asthma ever lol.

Cycling a drug free sport? Lol tell that to Lance Armstrong. At least there is some comfort in knowing the sport we hold dear is not hypocritical of itself as most these days.
Here is a short sentiment I have on the matter. It seems all the way from the Olympic Games right down to the NFL and women's tennis, performance enhancers have been used by nearly all athletes and yet they are ridiculed for their use when caught. It is always a big scandal when someone like Mark McGwire is nailed to the cross for something giving him an edge, when in fact it is beyond the control of those who attempt to control it. People begin to rant, hating and humiliating the athlete to a point they often have to give an apology speech which always includes apologizing to their family. It's a joke.
What is the reality? The reality is that the next new preformance enhancer that nobody knows about that gives an edge will be the next thing used at the Olympic Games to give the home country the advantage. I firmly believe anything ever created makes its debut there before it is categorized as illegal.
We can take pride in knowing these substances are tools to help maximize our result, as the dimensions of bodybuilding far exceed simple anabolics. It is the symmetry of a perfect diet, incredible hard work in the gym and Good ol God given genetics. The rest? Well, the playing field is pretty even, and nobody is going to be tested and be forced to give some bullshit public speech about how they took an unfair advantage of another. Or be ridiculed by the media. That makes what we do an honourable sport.
Imagine the news... Preformance enhancing drugs found at mr. Olympia competition!

Hey Chris,
Since you don't have your supplement company any longer what would you consider a good fat-burning stack to use before cardio in the a.m. and also what supplement (bcaa's, creatine etc) stack would you use before and/or after an evening workout. Thanks.

Hi Chris , how does the enhanced bodybuilder keep cholesterol levels in check, obviously diet plays a part but if already eating clean year round ,60p/50c/20f per meal for 6meals isn't working should I switch to higher carbs with just fats from my protein sources ? Add cardio such as post workout ? As I don't do any offseason. Taking the usual supplements to counter act this also. R wud staying away from orals/tren help also

I dont know how much of a difference it would make if any assuming you took for say the duration of a 16 week cycle . The subjects were treated for 12 months so unless you were on for 12 months it may not be reflect what you would experience.

Hi Chris. I also asked Dave about it, but i'd like to hear your take on it too if is possibile. Why do you think your view on dietary fat intake is so different than his?
Dave is more like on a " too much carbs makes you fat, you need to find out the right amount" combing with 20-25/g fat meal , and prot whilst you clearly stated that insulin drives the fatty acids into fat cells ( in the book) and a low fat (only added from the prot source) is the way to go.
Thanks

Hey Chris, I bought your fat loss book years ago but have no idea where it is now!
In my 20s diet and hard training got me into the best shape of my life. As I grew older and less single I happily went off the diet (carbs are delicious) but kept lifting without much regard to my weight. Recently I started experiencing constant back pain and mri confirmed I have one disc bulge and another disc is herniated. Now my main goal is to lose weight by any means necessary and because of my back, I can't do any lifting or rigorous activity.
Would kind of macros should my diet have at this point? I am a 35 year old man and I'm probably currently 245 and about 20%bf.

Hey Chris! I know that Deca does not cause hairloss. But would the combination of Deca and Finesteride together cause hairloss? Also what do you think about a steroide cycle with HRT levels of test and then high deca?
Thanks!
