Hey Chris! I know that Deca does not cause hairloss. But would the combination of Deca and Finesteride together cause hairloss? Also what do you think about a steroide cycle with HRT levels of test and then high deca?

You mentioned in Live With that it was early summer 2001 when things were getting difficult health-wise. Were you still able to communicate with Jay like regular during the prep and go to Vegas at the end? And when you were undergoing treatments and going through symptoms for over a year did you have to drop clients and sort of remove yourself from the industry for a while while your body and mind was going through all those wacky things?

Oh also forgot to mention. I was watching the Andreas Munzer video. The one he made before he died (one of my bodybuilding idols for his quality solid unbelievably lean mass). Near the end he starts pulling out the oxygen tank between sets of legs and also during cardio. Any thoughts? I mean aside from looking like I have the worst case of asthma ever lol.

Since you don't have your supplement company any longer what would you consider a good fat-burning stack to use before cardio in the a.m. and also what supplement (bcaa's, creatine etc) stack would you use before and/or after an evening workout. Thanks.

Hey Chris,

Just want to say thanks for all the great info. I really enjoyed watching the "Live With" you did with Dave. It was very inspirational to hear about how hard you worked building your career and your courageous battle with cancer. Even though all your athletes look great, makes me root for them all that much more.

I know you won't answer that, but I do have all three in my top 5. Quite the hand. Combined triple team weight of 805 on stage and 11% body fat. In other words it's a monster. Chris, question...how do you know when to throw a "high" day for your client? i'm 190 lbs , doing 4-5 (or 6 if it falls on rest day) low days (50 carbs per day) and then throw a high day 250 - 300 carbs) with combination of interval and low intensity cardio? what's your opinion on that? thnx
