How to prevent Tren cough.
I've never ran tren but will shortly. I've heard a bunch of horror stories regarding 'tren cough.'
Anyone have any ideas on how to prevent it? I know injecting slowly will help.

I was going to say injecting slowly as well, but it seems as tho you're already on top of that.
Besides that, I am interested as well...

i have heard to avoid doing it in the quads because of all the nerves/veins there. probably best staying in the glute. unless you're doing ace, then you're fucked. left quad has less nerves.

You can't really avoid it. That is a ridiculous thought. Some people are luckier than others as far as just not hitting any veins, vessels, etc. Eventually, it will get everyone and just be glad you are aware of it because if you weren't you would really fucking think you've finally done yourself in lol.
One way to almost surely avoid it is to pin (the quad is a great place for this--prob the best) with a slin pin. If you aren't a fat ass you can get it in the muscle EASILY via slin pin. You have to learn how to accurately backfill slin pins and then just press your index finger of opposite hand onto quad and stick with the slin pin right next to it. Easy.

I never get it with tren enanthate, but my last cycle with ace it got really bad at the end of the cycle, I would get tren cough a couple of times a week! That wasnt the most pleasant thing to experience! My girlfriend who barely puts up with me being "enhanced" was really questioning my actions, let me put it like that! :P
The best thing to do is avoid quads! I only get the cough when I do quads!

Tren cough is SCARY, i thought i was a gonner. I don't get it with Parabolon (tren hex) and most guys don't with the longer acting esters.
So it's probably the rapid peak in blood plasma levels that causes the cough. The increased prostaglandin production dictates bronchial constriction and this could possibly be the reason Tren Acetate causes that vicious cough. Of course you get it from all forms of tren but, the rapid rise in prostaglandin levels could be the reason for the cough with tren ace.
I prefer hex but if you want go with ace, sub-Q injections may help by slowing the absorbtion.

I have never gotten tren cough-only run it 2 times for 8 weeks tho.
I start tomorrow and I will be trying ed shots with a slinpin. Once I got a bad cough after injecting test e, I think it was something wrong with that batch.
