How to prevent Tren cough.

didn't get it nearly as bad with enth as I did with ace. I didn't get it at all first couple cycles of even ace. But, it's kind of random. Sometimes you won't get it at all, sometimes you hack and cough for 5-10 minutes and feel like you are going to choke or pass out. I just keep remembering what it is and stay calm till it leaves.

only ever used tren enth and have never gotten the "cough" like some. i think thats an ace issue. however i think i read somewhere palumbo sayin the closer to ur heart the more its an issue. so to avoid that and the quads, sounds like glutes are you only way out.

Tren cough is a weird thing. I've never had it ever. A buddy of mine shot the tren I do out of the same bottle and got the cough and gets every time. To be honest it made more confident about the gear lol, but I suppose some get it and some don't. I have not seen anything that explains why it happens, and without that it's impossible to take steps to prevent it.

The so called 'tren cough' or 'Fina cough' is well known amongst many tren users. Some users seem to get the cough following every injection; others never or extremely rarely will get the cough. Usually it is manifested upon injection, with a tightness in the chest, and a metallic taste in the back of the mouth, followed by an uncontrollable violent cough which can be quite frightening, as anyone who has experienced it will tell you, whether it's for the first time or not. There have been some very elaborate theories about the reasons for getting the cough from trenbolone, some of which have had mechanisms involving molecules that only trenbolone affects resulting in bronchioconstriction, etc. However, the fact remains that many users have also experienced the same cough from steroids such as equipoise and testosterone cypionate. In addition, these mechanisms that are proposed are highly unlikely to occur immediately upon injection, as that is too fast a timescale for the proposed mechanism. Thus it must be the result of something entering the blood stream and traveling to the lungs for the cough to be manifested that quickly.

This leads us onto the next theory suggested by many which is that trenbolone is produced by many UGLs, and as such is made with higher percentages of Benzyl Alcohol (BA) than pharma grade products are, and it is the alcohol that is causing the reaction. The only problem with this theory is that trenbolone is made by most UGLs with the same BA percentages as things such as testosterone propionate, and nandrolone decanoate. If it was purely the BA concentration, than we would expect to see the cough with these other products as well, which we do not. Thus, as we have eliminated the oil, solvents and carriers, it leaves us with the Trenbolone product itself as the potential culprit.

This is what i was saying in my post above, it's the most plausable reason i've read so far and accounts for the overall reduced cardiovascular capacity, as a result of the increased prostaglandin production.

Mix the tren with something else (test for example) and inject super slowly

i ran it throughout my prep and never once had an issue. i mixed my prop and tren ace into one shot, ace on top so the test was being put in first, did all my pins just like normal and rotated my normal sites, no issues.

THE 2 THINGS THAT WORK FOR ME ARE , Inject slowly , and I eat 2 ice cubes while I'm injecting , something about closing off the vessels that are activated by the injection . It works everytime. I have not had an attack for years. Its worth a try it may work for you.

Nasocort....non addictive and just shoot it in your nose about 4-5 times and breathe deep.
Then inject nice and slowwwww. You'll be surprised. If you hit a vein your screwed and gonna cough and end up in he fetal position but if you do it right Naso is kick ass.
