what do you all take? i take the same things year round.

The only thing I'm really consistent on is a good multi vitamin and vit c.

year round i make sure to have those at home:
- mutivit and mineral (staple)
- whey protein (may come in handy for lazy days).
*i may take BCAAs if i'm tired of PWO shakes and just take that and eat.
* if i'm feeling rich i may take some glutamine.

I used to be a supp whore. I took almost everything: preWO shit, PWO shit, morning supps, evening supps, NO supps, test boosters, creatine....proteins....etc. But not any more. I just dont see the point. The only thing I noticed as a result was that my wallet gained weight. Now I stick to the basics: multivitamins, EFAs, and protein AS NEEDED. I dont fuck around with PWO shakes anymore unless I absolutely, positively cannot get a real meal. And Im doing ten times better now.

Glutamine
Tight Curves multi vitamin
Nutritox's Joint formula
year round I keep dandylion root, yohimbe, and Xpel on hand in case I have a photo shoot or I feel bloated and/or need to shed some water excess....
