^^^^^ THIS,some Niacin and high quality fish oil. see how that works for you in 4 weeks and then in 8 weeks. I have clients/patients on this stack and it has worked wonders time and time again.
keep in mind a nice portion of your levels are due to genetics you are looking for slow and steady improvement along the way =)

It's important to know your trigliceride levels as well as the LDL particle size. Large fluffy LDL is fine. A preponderance of small LDL is a problem that can either be caused by genetics , lifestyle, and diet or a combo of all three. Heavy wheat/flour/sugar intake will cause small LDL formation and spike triglycerides.
